Bre & Nathan
Bre & Nathan

Open Adoption- Any Race- Either Gender
Bre and Nathan have been married for 8 years, and in that time, they have built a marriage that is both steady and full of life. They describe their relationship not just as husband and wife, but as true partners and best friends—people who genuinely enjoy doing everyday life side by side.
Their story began in 2014 when they met in college. What started as a simple friendship quickly grew into something deeper, rooted in mutual respect and a natural ease with one another. After several years of growing together, they married in October 2017 and have continued building a life centered on connection, laughter, and shared purpose.
One of the most distinctive things about Bre and Nathan is how naturally they balance each other. Nathan is adventurous, energetic, and always ready to turn an ordinary Saturday into an outing—whether that's grabbing coffee, exploring parks, or finding a new place to spend time together. Bre, on the other hand, has a deep appreciation for creating meaningful, cozy moments at home. She brings warmth, creativity, and intention into the everyday, turning simple routines into traditions that carry meaning. Together, they’ve created a rhythm of life that blends adventure with comfort—something that allows their family to experience both excitement and deep-rooted stability.
Their home reflects that same balance. It is a place filled with creativity, conversation, and laughter. Whether it’s music playing in the background, the smell of homemade bread coming from the kitchen, or a spontaneous family movie night, their environment feels lived-in, welcoming, and deeply personal.
Bre has a gift for creating beauty in the everyday. She enjoys baking sourdough bread to share with neighbors and friends, knitting thoughtful handmade gifts, and finding hidden treasures while thrifting. She is someone who values people deeply and invests time in relationships, often creating simple but meaningful moments that bring others together. Her presence brings a sense of calm, warmth, and belonging into the home.
Nathan expresses himself through both creativity and activity. He has spent years developing artistic skills like clay sculpting and leatherwork, and he also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. At the same time, he thrives outdoors—whether hiking, playing sports, or simply being active with his family. What sets him apart most is how fully present he is; whatever he’s doing, he makes it meaningful by who he shares it with.
Together, they are raising their son in an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Their parenting style is thoughtful and intentional, focusing on emotional connection, encouragement, and helping their child feel both secure and empowered. Their son is growing up in a home where he is seen, valued, and guided—and that same care will be extended to any child welcomed into their family.
Time together is something they protect and prioritize. A typical weekend might include a slow morning with coffee, an afternoon adventure outdoors, and an evening spent at home cooking dinner and enjoying time as a family. They believe that the small moments—regular routines, shared meals, laughter at the end of the day—are what build a strong and lasting foundation.
Travel, for Bre and Nathan, has never been about elaborate plans, but about connection and memory-making. Their favorite trips often involve extended family, simple beach vacations where days are spent in the sand, or visiting loved ones across the country. These moments have shaped their belief that what matters most isn’t where you go, but who you’re with. They look forward to continuing that tradition, creating a lifetime of shared experiences and meaningful memories with their children.
Their extended family and close-knit community play a significant role in their lives. They are surrounded by people who know them well, support them deeply, and celebrate this step toward growing their family. Their home is not only filled with love from the two of them, but supported by a wider circle of people who will also pour into a child’s life.
Bre and Nathan’s faith is an important part of who they are, shaping how they treat others and how they approach parenting—with compassion, humility, and grace. While they are not perfect, they are committed to growing, learning, and creating a home where love is consistent and genuine.
At the center of everything they do is a deep desire to give a child a life full of belonging, security, and joy. They hope to raise children who feel free to be themselves, who are encouraged to explore their interests, and who always know they are deeply loved.
Dear Expectant Mom,
Hi there…
We’re Bre and Nathan, and before anything else, we want you to know that we recognize the strength, courage, and love it takes to even consider adoption. We cannot imagine how emotional and difficult this journey may feel at times, but we want you to know that your life, your story, and your baby matter deeply to us.
Our hope is to welcome your child into our family as if they were always meant to be part of it. We have spent many nights praying for you long before ever knowing your name, praying for your peace, your strength, and for the child we may one day have the privilege of loving and raising.
A few things you should know about us… our home is filled with laughter, love, faith, and probably way too many debates about ice cream flavors. Nathan is convinced vanilla with nuts is the greatest flavor ever made, while Bre believes chocolate with extra chocolate is life-changing. So naturally, grocery store ice cream decisions become serious family discussions.
Life has not always been easy for us, and we have walked through seasons of heartbreak and loss that have ultimately brought us closer together and strengthened our faith and marriage. Those experiences have made us deeply grateful for family and for the gift of children.
Our son is already so excited about becoming a big brother. Every night before bed we pray together, and for the longest time his prayer has simply been, “God, please give me a baby brother or sister.” He has even been practicing his big brother skills daily with our dog.
More than anything, we want you to know this: if you choose us, your child will be deeply loved, provided for, protected, celebrated, and cherished every single day of their life. We will always honor the incredible love and sacrifice that brought them into our family, and we will never take that gift for granted.
With love and respect,Bre & Nathan
