Let's talk about this POWER couple. They are living life, having fun, enjoying each other and their family, friends and activities. Chase has a daughter from a previous relationship in which he shares custody and Emily is very involved as an active stepparent having been part of the child's life since age two. Chase and Emily met at the gym while Chase was Emily's personal trainer. She noticed the way he was gentle and loving with his daughter and knew she wanted to be with him and grow as a family. After marriage, they learned of some infertility issues; they sought treatment and dealt with disappointment. Treatments were stressful and once they turned their focus on adoption they found peace with God's plan for their family. They believe adoption is wonderful way to grow their family. They are excited to make their daughter a big sister! Their wedding was creative with a vintage theme; pre-ceremony moments included reading of letters they wrote to each other. The ceremony was 10 minutes of short and sweet, but their reception was full of dancing, games and celebrating their new marriage with over 150 friends and family members. 

Chase works in sales and is also trained in Mixed Martial Arts and fights professionally. He aspires to soon be in the UFC. He also holds a purple belt in jujitsu. Emily works in the ER as a Registered Nurse on the weekends and as a Nurse Practitioner throughout the week. Emily loves to travel in her free time. The family of three is prepared for an Open Adoption, for either gender. They have been touched by foster and adoption with family members. Through these family members that have learned the importance of love and respect for the birth family. Emily and Chase enjoy non-denominational church services and urges that their attendance betters them as a family and individuals. Their family home includes the love from several fur-babies. 

Emily and Chase have large families and are very active with both sides. This couple puts their all into all of their goals and adventures and that includes their adoption journey. They are more than prepared to begin parenting even in a moment's notice. They want any expectant parent considering them to know that you will always be a part of this child's story.
