Gina
Open Adoption- Located in Arkansas- Either Gender- Mid 30's
Gina is a registered nurse in an intensive care unit at a local children’s hospital. She has worked in her same unit for almost 12 years and is very passionate about helping children heal. Gina actually has two college degrees and settled in the medical field. Adoption has always been close to her heart because her brother was adopted as a newborn. Her only little one is a two-year-old cavapoo named Betty.
Gina enjoys traveling and cannot wait to experience new places with a child. She is an active and healthy adult and enjoys golf, pickleball, riding her bike, running, baking cakes with her grandmother and game nights with friends. She began playing golf when she was about three years old and received a scholarship to play golf in college. Gina still enjoys playing golf today and hopes to share that passion with her son or daughter one day. Being able to parent will be her true Ace In the Hole! She looks forward to Saturday morning activities like soccer or basketball games or dance. She feels the public school system in her community is excellent and she has seen the educational results of several younger family members. Sunday mornings in church and lazy Sunday afternoons bring her joy. A large backyard is ready for a child to play, and the home has a security system. She is ready to be a mom at any moment and has a gender-neutral nursery ready for any situation.
Family is a key part of her day and week. Her parents have been married for over 40 days and live close. Her brother and his family are nearby. She feels she has so much love and opportunity to offer a child, along with a very loving, close-knit family and support system. Regarding a relationship with an expectant mother, Gina says "I just want to be the support system that she needs".
