Jordan and Karye live in Oklahoma, near the Arkansas state line, where they have built a loving, faith-filled home and a strong marriage. Married since April 2021, they have spent the last several years growing together, supporting one another, and preparing for the day they can welcome a child through adoption. Their home currently has no children living in it, and they are excited to devote their love, attention, time, and energy to a child of their own.

Their story began in 2020 when they met online. After talking for a few weeks, Jordan drove three hours for their first date. During the months that followed, they discovered how much they enjoyed simply being together. Some of their favorite memories were made at home cooking meals, putting together puzzles, playing board games, and having long conversations. Not long after, Jordan proposed, and they were married in April 2021. They believe God brought them together and guided them toward the adoption journey they are on today.

Jordan works as a Technical Writer, and Karye works as an Internal Audit Manager while also serving part-time with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Together, they have created a stable home built on faith, commitment, and love.

Faith is at the center of their lives. They are active in their church and strive to live their lives with kindness, generosity, and compassion. They hope to raise a child in a home where they feel safe, valued, encouraged, and unconditionally loved.

Family is one of the most important parts of Jordan and Karye's lives. They are surrounded by relatives who are excited to welcome a child into the family. Holidays and family gatherings are filled with laughter, traditions, good food, and time spent together.

One of the most unique parts of Jordan's story is his family. Jordan is one of 13 children, with seven biological siblings and six adopted siblings. His adopted brothers and sisters joined the family from Guatemala, China, and Africa. Growing up in such a large and diverse family gave him a firsthand understanding of the beauty of adoption and the importance of making every child feel loved, accepted, and secure. Adoption has never felt unfamiliar to Jordan because it has always been woven into the story of his family.

Karye also comes from a very close family. She is the middle of three children and remains close with her parents and siblings. Family relationships have always been important to her, and she looks forward to creating those same strong bonds with a child.

Together, Jordan and Karye are proud aunt and uncle to many nieces and nephews. They enjoy celebrating birthdays, attending family events, and making memories with the children already in their lives. Their extended family is ready and excited to love and support a future child.

When it comes to spending time together, Jordan and Karye enjoy both adventure and simple everyday moments. They love traveling and making memories through beach vacations, cruises, weekend cabin getaways, and special trips. One of their favorite recent adventures was celebrating their anniversary with a trip to Hawaii. Whether they are exploring someplace new or spending a quiet evening at home, they genuinely enjoy being together.

They also have interests that make them unique as individuals. Jordan enjoys reading, building Lego creations, grilling and smoking meat, and staying active at the gym. Karye enjoys playing tennis, sewing, reading, completing jigsaw puzzles, and participating in fitness classes. They love encouraging one another's hobbies and look forward to sharing those experiences with a child someday.

Jordan and Karye hope to raise a child who feels confident, secure, and deeply loved. They want to encourage a child's interests and talents, whether those include sports, music, art, academics, or something entirely different. They believe every child is unique and deserves to be celebrated for who they are.

Most importantly, Jordan and Karye want a child to always know they are cherished. Their dream is to provide a home filled with love, laughter, faith, encouragement, adventure, and support. They understand that adoption is built on love, courage, and trust, and they are committed to honoring a child's story while helping them build a bright future.
