Andrew & Morgan

Open Adoption - Hoping to Bring Home a Baby Girl of Any Race

Andrew and Morgan are a warm, devoted couple from Arkansas who have built a life centered on family, faith, and intentional love. Married since 2017, they share a strong partnership built on respect, communication, and deep commitment. Their home is joyful, active, and full of laughter—largely thanks to their two energetic boys, Ira and Hugo.

They have always dreamed of becoming a family of five, and adoption has been in their hearts for years. Their sons ask often about a baby sister, and the entire family is excited to welcome another child with open arms.

Andrew is a steady, grounded, and deeply devoted father. He serves as the Senior Director of Pricing at a transportation company and has built a long, successful career over nearly two decades. His personality blends warmth and structure—he’s as playful as he is dependable. He loves running, coaching his boys’ sports, and spending time outdoors.

Andrew has a close relationship with his parents, who live nearby and are very involved in the grandchildren’s lives. They share adventures, sleepovers, and annual trips together.

Morgan is a full-time mom and the owner of a fitness studio where she teaches and manages a small, flexible team. Her job allows her to spend the majority of her time at home, and she loves balancing motherhood with her passion for wellness and community.

She is active, nurturing, creative, and always the first to make others feel supported. Morgan has a close-knit family including her mother, father, brother, grandparents, and extended relatives. Weekly visits, cousin time, and shared trips are traditions that have helped keep family connections strong.

Big brothers are loving, funny, kind-hearted boys who adore babies and younger kids. They attend a diverse local public elementary school that their parents love. Both boys enjoy sports, trying new activities, exploring music, and having adventures with friends and cousins.

They have big hearts and are excited about becoming big brothers again.

The Riddles’ home is structured around warmth, routine, and togetherness:

  • A cozy, kid-friendly environment with safe outdoor space
  • Cameras and safety measures throughout the home (no firearms)
  • A goldendoodle named Maya, a gentle 9‑year‑old dog who sleeps in Ira’s bed every night
  • Regular family outings, from parks and movies to seasonal events
  • A peaceful discipline approach built on calm communication, timeouts, and thoughtful reflection
  • Healthy, active living is part of their lifestyle—sports, running, teaching fitness, and enjoying the outdoors

The baby will have a nursery of their own, with the boys happily sharing a room. The child will stay home with Morgan during the early months, and Andrew will take time off work after placement.

  • Faith: They are Christian and attend church regularly, staying involved in a supportive faith community.
  • Education: They believe strongly in quality public education and love the school their children attend.
  • Family Connection: Both sides of the family are deeply involved and very excited for this adoption.
  • Openness: They welcome the idea of an open adoption, centered on love, mutual respect, and healthy boundaries.
  • Diversity & Inclusivity: They are prepared to support and celebrate a child of any ethnicity and have chosen a diverse school community intentionally.

Andrew and Morgan met while working together and quickly formed a deep connection. After more than a year of dating and a short engagement, they married in 2017 surrounded by family and friends.

Their marriage is grounded in partnership, shared goals, and a genuine love for raising children together. They travel often—both with extended family and just the two of them—believing strongly in creating memories, experiencing new places, and showing their children the world.

After having two biological children, Morgan later underwent a hysterectomy due to medical reasons. Their hearts have remained open to adoption for many years, and they feel called to expand their family in this way.

They believe adoption is an act of shared love and want their future child to grow up always knowing their story, their birth mother’s importance, and the deep love that brought everyone together.

A message from us:

“We have dreamed of a family of five. Our two boys have been asking about a baby sister for over a year now, and they love helping with babies and little kids. We are ready to grow our family, to love this baby as our own, and to welcome her into every part of our everyday life—from quiet moments at home to traveling the world together.

We have held on to all of the necessities and our favorite gender-neutral baby clothes, pieces that mean so much to our family. We have dreamed of this from day one and have been intentionally planning for a special little baby to join us one day.

We are ready for the sleepless nights, the baby cuddles, the feedings, and the abundant love that will fill our home. Our grandparents are excited, our friends are excited, and most certainly, we are excited for this next chapter.”
