Paige & Zachary

Open Adoption- Any Race- Any Gender- Early 30's

Paige and Zachary dated for two years before marriage. Was it love at first "message"? Zach messaged Paige on Facebook and she shut him down. Then she noticed his post about an injury, and she was the one in his inbox checking on him. Their chat led to dating. Four years ago, the couple wed surrounded by friends and family as they navigated a pandemic wedding in the fall of 2020.

Paige teaches first grade; she holds a master's in education and has a certificate in gift and talented education. Zachary works in manufacturing where he has been with the same company for over a decade. In their spare time they enjoy playing with their two dogs, Luka and Cooper, and watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball and the Arkansas Razorbacks. You’ll find Paige crafting for fun, and Zachary will be enjoying the outdoors either mowing, fishing, or on a walk with the dogs. They attend a Christian church where they are very involved in their life groups and Paige volunteers time in the toddler ministry. Christmas and Easter means time at church and time with family.

All things are secure in their home with a security system, a privacy fence that surrounds their play area and their "doggos", as they are lovingly referred, will alert them to anything out of the norm. Their neighborhood provides an eventful and safe place for many kids during Halloween. A family trip might include an extended weekend or a vacation to the mountains or the beach.

Their child will attend public school where Paige is employed and will be encouraged to be involved in any hobby or activity that the child is interested in. They feel their community, family and church are supportive of their adoption journey and will love and embrace any child they adopt. They are not concerned about ethnicity difference, but they will be prepared with their support system to learn anything needed. Paige and Zach approach life with one moto and that is - "GOD FIRST." Through prayer, discipline, and LOVE we will parent our child to the best of our ability. ~Zachary.

After experiencing the loss of their infant son at birth, they both participated in therapy to help with their healing. The couple honor and celebrate their baby boy and will love him for a lifetime. In fact, they started an annual fundraiser for a local nonprofit to honor their baby boy. They feel God has led them to start a family by way of adoption. Paige and Zach are close with both sides of their families. They love spending time with two nieces and a nephew.

"We want you to know that we admire your decision to choose adoption. Our family has already started praying for you during this journey because we can only imagine how difficult it can be for you during this time. We hope to make this transition the best for us all by promising you that we will strive to give this baby the best life we possibly can. We have so much love to give and we can’t wait to share that with you and your child." Paige & Zach

Zach and Paige rely deeply on their faith, and they plan to continue to lean on God for guidance in raising this child.
