Rachel & David

Married 10 Years- Semi open Adoption- Arkansas Family- Age 30's- Either gender- Stay at home mom

David and Rachel are excited to grow their family through adoption and provide a loving, stable, and supportive home for a child. After learning that biological children were not an option, they knew adoption was the path meant for them.

Their family includes five beloved pets—three dogs, one cat, and a guinea pig—all of whom bring joy and companionship to their home. David has two older children from a previous relationship, and Rachel absolutely loves being their bonus mom.

David and Rachel’s story began in the most unexpected place—a gas station! When David's toddler son took a fall, Rachel was the one to help him back up. That simple, kind gesture sparked a friendship, which quickly blossomed into love. Interestingly, they attended the same high school, though five years apart, proving that their paths were meant to cross.

David works as an operator, while Rachel is a stay-at-home wife and plans to stay home with their child until they begin school. They deeply value family time and love spending their days together, whether it’s visiting local parks, taking lake trips, or going shopping.

David enjoys collecting coins and foreign money, as well as watching baseball—though he and Rachel sometimes root for opposing teams! Rachel is very crafty and enjoys making things with her hands. She also loves playing board games, making family game nights a fun and frequent tradition.

David and Rachel are active in their small, loving church, where David’s father is the pastor. They enjoy helping with church classes and being part of a close-knit faith community.

This couple loves celebrating holidays, with Christmas being their absolute favorite! They also enjoy Easter and Halloween, making sure each holiday is filled with fun traditions, family activities, and special memories. Their home is fully prepared for a baby, complete with a nursery and all the essentials.

Safety is a top priority—they have a pool with a removable ladder to ensure security, along with other childproofing measures throughout their home.

David and Rachel are ready to love, support, and cheer on their child in any activity they choose. Rachel has always dreamed of being a girl mom, but they are open to welcoming either a boy or a girl of Caucasian or bi-racial ethnicity.

With over a decade of marriage, they have built a stable, mature, and loving home—one that they are eager to share with a child. They look forward to creating cherished memories, instilling strong values, and providing endless love and encouragement as they embark on this new chapter of parenthood.
